Refunds

Our products are digital content delivered instantly. Before completing a purchase you are asked to expressly agree that the download starts immediately and to acknowledge that, once it starts, you lose the right of withdrawal (article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, implementing EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

When we do refund you

• The product does not work as described and we cannot fix it.
• The file you received is damaged or is not what you bought.
• You were charged twice by mistake.

Email hola@amelqa.com with your order number within 30 days of purchase.

Purchases in third-party stores

If you bought in a store or marketplace (Google Play, Gumroad, Etsy…), refunds follow its policy and are handled on its platform, because it is the one that charged you.

Subscriptions

You can cancel at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
