What data we process and why

• If you write to us: your email and what you tell us, to reply. Basis: your request.
• If you buy: name, email and order details passed on by the store, to deliver the product, support you and meet tax obligations. Basis: the contract and the law. Payment details are handled by the payment platform; we never see them.
• If you subscribe to the newsletter: your email, with double opt-in, to send you news. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw from any email.

How long

Purchase data, as long as tax law requires (generally 4 to 6 years). Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe. Correspondence, as long as needed to help you.

Who we share it with

With providers that help us run the service (web hosting and email: Cloudflare; newsletter: MailerLite; payments and stores: Stripe, Gumroad, Google and any other store you buy from), under data processing agreements. Some may process data outside the European Economic Area with GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework). We never sell data.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and identifies no one.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete, object to, restrict and port your data by writing to hola@amelqa.com. If you think we have not handled them properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or your local authority.
